Who keeps your data
The Hidden People is a project of Makinola Studio, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 87603918). Makinola Studio is responsible for your personal data. For anything related to your data, write to privacy@thehiddenpeople.com.
What we keep
Your email address, your choice in “What brings you here?”, where you found us, and the date you joined. If you later fill in The Hidden Profile, we also keep those answers, only with your explicit consent.
Why we keep it
To share news, invitations and experiences with you, and to shape them around what moves you. If you’re planning something for your team, we also use it to follow up with you personally.
On what basis
Your consent. You can withdraw it anytime.
Who helps us
Brevo (EU-based) sends our emails and keeps our contact list. Google helps us schedule calls and keep questionnaire answers. Both work under European data protection rules. We never sell your data.
Analytics
To understand how this site is used, we use Umami Cloud (hosted in the EU) and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Both are cookieless and collect no personal data that identifies you. We only see anonymous totals, such as visits, countries, devices and which links brought you here.
How long we keep it
As long as you’re part of our list. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can unsubscribe with one click from any email. Write to privacy@thehiddenpeople.com and we’ll take care of it within one month. You can also contact the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
